ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It seems that Kdenlive's Movit library is getting mature. I'm using a Radeon R5 M420 which has a hard time getting driver support, but when I use the Movit library on Kdenlive, I don't see any problems at all.
I don't know whether it is Kdenlive's Movit Library that is getting mature, or I am still using my iGPU. To be sure I have added "DRI_PRIME = 1" to the command.
Now it remains only to look for plugins or presets for effects, transitions, etc. which are hard to find on the internet (especially if we are looking for free ones).

Thank you for the feedback. Yes Movit got some updates trough MLT. If you find Movit issues please report here.

Thanks for your report Jiyakiro, there are still some issues with movit but it has become more stable during the last year. It doesn't crash anymore but there are some color artifacts still. Will close this since it is not a bug report. You can find us in telegram/matrix and irc.
