SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up Plasma to restore previous session on login
2. Run Dolphin and open a folder somewhere inside $HOME (aka ~/), e.g. ~/abc
3. Restart session

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is opened with two windows: ~/abc and ~/

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin is opened with one window: ~/abc
