This can already be done for Moving an entire vector shape if it is selected. In the Tool Options docker for the Move tool, there is a shortcut setup section that lets you set the move shortcut keys (cursor arrow keys) to perform a movement of a set amount. This does not work on individual vector shape handles or path nodes. It would be useful if that Move shortcut did work on individual handles. For that you need to make a separate wish report. There is one report for one issue. And Krita currently supports left, right and middle mouse buttons, no additional ones.
