Sorry, I forgot one step. You should set "Display Style" to "Text only" in 'Appearance" section of the widget settings. Does it make sense to use a "text only" display style for something that's an image? Maybe that's the real issue, and this display style should be prohibited for it. At least on Arch Linux, "Operating System Logo" sensor does not work with any display style available. Can someone point to which project/source file this sensor is? Is there any assumption that the logos will be provided by the distribution? |
Created attachment 132680 [details] screenshot STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. add System Monitor Sensor widget to desktop 2. open its settings and click on "Sensors Details" in the left side 3. search for "Operating System Logo" sensor and add it 4. click on "Ok" button OBSERVED RESULT As we can see in the attached screenshot, "Operating System Logo" sensor does not display the operating system logo as it should. EXPECTED RESULT "Operating System Logo" sensor should display operating system logo.
