SUMMARY
Please add an option set as wallpaper and set as login screen when right clicking on an image file.
At present to set wallpaper/login screen on needs to go through a couple of menus
which is not very good user experience.

Related to 358038 but requests lock screen capability as well.

It can be marked as a dupe, as we currently lack a generic way of setting both, so that would need to be done separately.
