SUMMARY
It's not possible to choose one break method like only setting long break instead of setting short break break and long break.

OBSERVED RESULT
Both short and long timer need to be set.


EXPECTED RESULT
User should be able to choose how to configure rsibreak. Configuring both is good but let user disable short or long one if needed.

make it possible to disable tiny breaks

when (ab-)using rsibreak for other purposes, having two break type is
not necessarily helpful.
