SUMMARY
Upon using kdeconnect I may receive a phonecall and the media will pause "sometimes" on time, other times the phonecall could have ended and then the media will pause, or the media will pause about a minute into the phonecall. Also the media will take a about 30 seconds to a minute to resume.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have VLC play
2. Make or receive phone call
3. See what result happens

OBSERVED RESULT
kdeconnect is slow to receive pause and resume commands.

EXPECTED RESULT
Pause media ontime and resume when phonecall is over

I have a samsung galaxy note 9

When I use the 1.4 version the pause resume function is flawless (however sms messages fail to load)...I am currently using the version: https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-kde/commit/4266834052983a788bb12a579da18fd35832d763

This version: https://download.kde.org/stable/kdeconnect/1.4/kdeconnect-kde-1.4.tar.xz

Works fine EXCEPT for the sms window
