Screenshot after after system start

SUMMARY

Instances of Dolphin and k3b always open every time my system boots. On the next launch, new instances will appear and so on. So which brings me to nine windows after 10 starts or many more

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. shutdown
2. start
3. look

OBSERVED RESULT
new instances

EXPECTED RESULT
only one or nothing

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora 32
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2
Kernel Version: 5.8.15-201.fc32.x86_64
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz
Memory: 7,8 Gio

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested the options in Configuration / Workspace / Startup and Shutdown / Restore previous session but it doesn't solve anything.
I like my windows, apps, etc. are restored, but not that a new instance of Dolphin or k3b are automatically launched and augmented by one instance on each startup.
Of course, if I indicate it in "Applications not to restore", Dolphin will not be restored roll

This is caused by a Fedora-specific downstream patch. See more information at Bug 417219.
