STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a multi-screen setup (different resolutions might be required)
2. Open Dolphin (see screenshot setup)
3. Drag file to the left screen

OBSERVED RESULT
The top of the mouse cursor is cut off

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal looking mouse cursor

I slightly modified the cursor in the screenshot so it looks like I see it and the problem is clear.
