SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Virtual Desktops > Uncheck Navigation wraps around
2. Make sure Mouse Actions in Desktop Settings include Vertical-Scroll > Switch Desktop
3. Scroll on the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
It still wraps around.

EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't wrap. Stop at the first and last desktop.

This was fixed in Plasma 5.22 IIRC.
