SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Replace any English Layout to keyboard layout English(US, int., with dead key)
2. Open Delphin and rename any file with extended characters as ã, õ, à etc. (it won't work)
3. Try the same on another program as Calibre (it won't work)
4. Do the same on Firefox (it WILL work)


OBSERVED RESULT
the accentuation is ignored


EXPECTED RESULT
the respective accentuated characters written in any software as "~ + a" = ã, "~ " o" = õ, "`+ a"= à etc.
