SUMMARY
using hidpi with native resolution of 3840 x 2160, but setted to 1920x1080 with a fractional scaling of 150% ,horrizontal lines appears on konsole.
This bug started to happen after i messed with some qt settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set fractional scaling to 1.5 in a high dpi display
2. open konsole, 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
it appears random transparent horrizontal lines.

EXPECTED RESULT
it should not appear
