The users KCM doesn't list users created with systemd-homed. This is confusing because it makes it inconvenient do do stuff like changing user avatars or even just listing existing users.

I can confirm that this is currently not working. it would be nice to have this supported.

We're using accountsservice for all user operations. That should take care of the systemd-homed parts. See https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/accountsservice/accountsservice/-/issues/89
