Systemsettings 5.20 tarball content

SUMMARY
Systemsettings tarball source seems have unneeded build directory and must be removed before building the source.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download tarball source from any mirror, eg. https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.20.0/systemsettings-5.20.0.tar.xz
2. Untar the tarball

OBSERVED RESULT
Some build script is using staging dir named build, and this condition makes the build script stop.


EXPECTED RESULT
Tarball source should not contain unneeded directory like build.
