SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. from dolphin drag a folder to the control panel
2. add it as "icon"
3. click on this icon

OBSERVED RESULT

plasma executes the app <folder> then obviously fails

EXPECTED RESULT

plasma launches dolphin at <folder>

this problem occurs since the update to plasma 5.20.0 and kde framewoks 5.75.0

i tried to create again in control panel an "icon" for ~/documents/
then
same problem.

here is the contents of the created .desktop file :

[Desktop Entry]
GenericName=dossier
Icon=folder-green
Name=Documents
Type=Link
URL=file:///home/roubach/Documents

when clicking on the icon then plsama tries to execute "Documents"

If you right-click on the icon then there is an option to open the folder "Documents" with Dophin. It works well !
 
So there is only a problem using left click.
