SUMMARY
Scenario:
I move some file on a USB, frow folder panel/taskbar I unmount the device, and Dolphin will not close the tab/window, but instead show an empty and unusable folder; any action like create file or refresh will create a error "folder does not exist"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a removable device in dolphin
2. unmount it

OBSERVED RESULT
an empty tab/windows is shown, that cannot be used, and also causes weird problem like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=427648

EXPECTED RESULT
the tab/window is closed, or at least a permanent warning message is shown
