My fault alas from a manual reroll of the tar where I mistakenly left the build files in. I don't think it's worth making another rerolled tar however since it can just be ignored without effect. *** Bug 427732 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Duplicate bug 427732 states that the build directory must be manually removed for a build to work; it isn't silently ignored. Just encountered this one in building systemsettings, which of course fails unless the build directory is removed from the source. So it can't really be ignored without effect. oh ok sorry I'll make a new tar can you test this one works? http://embra.edinburghlinux.co.uk/~jr/tmp/systemsettings-5.20.0.1.tar.xz - <td><a href="http://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.20.0/systemsettings-5.20.0.tar.xz">systemsettings-5.20.0</a></td> + <td><a href="http://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.20.0/systemsettings-5.20.0.1.tar.xz">systemsettings-5.20.0.1</a></td> <td align="right">686kB</td> - <td><tt>5d353d33087c69aa6dac33c53831b2014e1f8e5f9bec3b8e2b6e9f37b4868390</tt></td> + <td><tt>372d948816f29664d2dcf163f990d5475d3092bc3d9b48e6163e874c0713ec98</tt></td> </tr> (In reply to Jonathan Riddell from comment #6) > can you test this one works? > http://embra.edinburghlinux.co.uk/~jr/tmp/systemsettings-5.20.0.1.tar.xz Yes it works. Thanks! FYI the release tarball on GitHub and on invent.kde.org both are without the build directory. I draw my sources from https://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.20.0/, currently they are still showing the version with the build directory. Guessing it's taking some time to propagate to download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.20.0/. Again thanks! I missed the .1 at the end. It's there, it works! Again Thanks! |
