SUMMARY
systemsettings in Plasma Desktop 5.20.0 cannot find Notification Widget

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Systemsettings
2. Click on Notifications

OBSERVED RESULT

Could not find "Notifications" Widget

EXPECTED RESULT

Expected Configuration Window to appear

Seems like a packaging issue with your distro. Please report this to them. :)

I am the packager. The files are there but systemsettings notifications can't find it?
