SUMMARY
KWin when applying the blur effect, with some themes (tested with whitesur-kde and qogir kde, many more examples are present) prevents full rendering of the shadows of round corners causing a small triangle to appear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a theme with rounded top window borders
2. Apply the theme with Blur effect enabled

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Ossama Nasser 2020-10-09 18:37:51 UTC
Linux: Manjaro with 5.8.11-1 kernel
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1

We can solve this problem by disabling the Blur effect, but it renders any semi-transparent part of the system completely transparent and useless
