screenshot of cuttlefish and icons settings displaying current icon theme

currently cuttlefish only shows icons from current icon theme. It would be nice to be able to choose another icon theme as some icons are missing in some themes. currently I have to change icon theme of whole session to get missing icons in cuttlefish.
missing icons do show up when I use them in my kirigami2 app thanks to theme inheritance but cuttlefish does not display inherited icons too

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install font themes like Sweet-Teal,Candy icons ..etc
2. Open cuttlefish
3. Search for "save"

OBSERVED RESULT
no standard icon found

EXPECTED RESULT
found save icon

It has an option to change the color scheme presented in the app; seems reasonable to do the same for the icon theme.
