Description willowlight7 2020-10-02 23:09:36 UTC
When a layer is transparency-unlocked, the move tool does not recognize this fact until the paint tool (potentially others?) has been used at least once.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create layer with content
2. Transparency lock layer
3. Use paint tool (maybe others?) once
4. Un-transparency lock layer
5. Use move tool on layer

OBSERVED RESULT:
Entire layer disappears as if it had been transparency locked

EXPECTED RESULT:
Transparency unlock is recognized and layer moves as usual

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
