SUMMARY
nm-connection-editor does not allow WireGuard connections to be added. The option is simply not available.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open /usr/bin/nm-connection-editor. This program shows up as "Advanced Network Configuration" in the Kubuntu launch menu and is called "Network Connections" in its titlebar.
2. Click on the "+" button to add a connection.

OBSERVED RESULT
1. There is no option to add a WireGuard connection in the list of types of connections to create.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. There should be an option to add a WireGuard connection.

nm-connection-editor is provided by GNOME, so please report your nm-connection-editor issue to GNOME developers.
