SUMMARY
If you changing layout value in desktop settings(Wallpaper) apply button is not available also after changing wallpaper

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press configure desktop
2. Change value layout in Wallpaper
3. Try to change wallpaper and press apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Restarting Desktop Configure to change wallpaper

EXPECTED RESULT
Changing wallpaper
