Created attachment 132019 [details]
Both panels appear the physical bottoms of both screens. Same effect with new user / empty config.

SUMMARY
After update to 5.19.5 my plasma session starts messed up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new user (empty config) and login.
2. Move secondary monitor region to the left of primary screen.
3. Looks already messed up, but on every relogin or reboot it looks like in screenshot.

OBSERVED RESULT
Wallpapers don't match, regions beyond screen borders, window list empty because no window seems to be assigned to that monitor region (setting active: Show only from monitor)
See screenshot (empty config / new user looks the same)

When I move secondary screen back to the right, apply and move back and apply, it looks good until reboot or relogin.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should work as expected like before update.

Thanks. I would have never found that bug in Qt5.

I will keep an eye on that and report here when fixed.
Comment 3 kde 2020-10-05 08:03:31 UTC
qt5-base and plasma-workspace have recently been updated on Arch repositories.
Bug seems to be fixed for me.
Thank you.
