SUMMARY

Using the window snapping features, windows (such as discord) which set a minimum width can be resized to smaller then their minimum width. When attempting to resize them larger again, it "pops" (just pressing down on the resize with mouse) back out to the minimum size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Resize window (e.g. Discord) to half the window width on a 720p display
(not sure what other applications have minimum widths)

OBSERVED RESULT
The window pops back out to minimum size.

EXPECTED RESULT
Either you shouldn't be able to quick tile to smaller than the minimum width, or it should let you resize at values smaller than it.
