SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshots, text color of a selected time zone is white in Date & Time kcm and black in Digital Clock settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. open Date & Time kcm, click on Time Zone tab, select any time zone
3. open Digital Clock settings, click on Time Zones in the left side

EXPECTED RESULT
consistent text color

Also use highlight text color when checkDelegate is highlighted

Otherwise it has the wrong text color in this case.
