SUMMARY
Inconsistent context menu for Folder View containment: RMB click vs LMB hold+RMB click.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pick Folder View as desktop containment (set by default on Fedora.)
2. Click and hold left mouse button somewhere on the desktop, but not on any file/folder icon.
3. Click right mouse button.

OBSERVED RESULT
A context menu opens that only contains a few items related to file management (New, Paste, Undo, Refresh desktop, Open in Dolphin). Other items from the regular context menu are missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu should contain the same items as in the standard context menu available via simple right mouse button click, i.e. should also include Plasma-related stuff like "Add Widgets...".

Also reproducible in Plasma 5.19.90 on Archlinux.

I can't reproduce with Plasma 5.20.3 on Arch Linux.
