SUMMARY
Most of the times when I flick the screen the page seems to "bounce" in the opposite direction instead of keep scrolling in the current one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf and try to scroll with the touch screen

OBSERVED RESULT
The scroll is bouncy and most of the times unreliable in the direction as soon as i lift the finger from the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The document should scroll in the correct direction when I lift the finger

I was experiencing this a while back but haven't been able to reproduce it recently.
