This is only in Wayland, right?
Comment 2 retired 2020-09-18 20:05:53 UTC
Reported from X session, haven't tested on Wayland.
Comment 3 Matej Mrenica 2020-09-19 08:17:48 UTC
I have seen this, but I don't have it right now.
Comment 4 retired 2020-09-19 18:29:13 UTC
Rebooted a couple times, still happens.
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2020-09-21 17:26:41 UTC
That's odd, it works fine for me.

I wonder, does it work if you run the following command in a terminal window?

`rm ~/.cache/plasma*; plasmashell --reboot`

Not that I have this issue, but:

"plasmashell: Unknown option 'reboot'."
Comment 7 Nate Graham 2020-09-21 17:40:02 UTC
ugh, so sorry. I meant --replace, not --reboot.
Comment 8 retired 2020-09-21 20:49:00 UTC
Running this command did fix it for me. Is it going to be a potential problem for users upgrading?
Comment 9 Nate Graham 2020-09-21 20:52:38 UTC
Yup. Looks like the same issue as Bug 426674. Let's resume the conversation there.
