Comment 1 Rene S. 2020-09-17 03:22:17 UTC
possible cause of failure:
- wrong (not updated) track indices
- resulting in some kind of video/audio data conflict
Comment 2 emohr 2020-09-17 16:40:36 UTC
I assume you drag the video clip over the track header. This crash should be fixed with 20.08.1.

I can confirm this wrong behavior as you have shown on the video.

Very good. I had several crashes before, but could reproduce only the wrong behavior last time. I have much more other things (mostly not critical) to mention. Therefore i'm planning a video which i show all the bugs and suggestions in short clips in one.

Thanks for this, I have added to a list to hopefully have it fixed for next release: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/973

I cannot reproduce anymore with the 21.04 or master branch. Can anyone test again ?
Comment 8 farid 2021-04-07 14:12:30 UTC
Also unable to reproduce under linux. Would you please test latest Windows version?
