SUMMARY
There is no way to set shortcut for launching chrome in incognito as it was before (some updates). I added manually lines from configs where it does work to my ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc:

[google-chrome.desktop]
_k_friendly_name=Google Chrome
_launch=,,
new-private-window=Meta+I,none,New Incognito Window
new-window=none,none,New Window

But it doesn't work anyway.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install chrome
2. try to add shortcut

How were you doing this before, and how did it break? how did yo try doing it now, and how isn't it working?
