DESCRIPTION
After the recent upgrade (see log below of upgraded packages), notifications have started to appear on the wrong screen.

I have a dual-screen setup, and my primary screen is the one on the right. Notifications are configured to be placed at the top-right corner of the screen, but there's no screen selection.

Previously, the notifications were shown on the primary screen, as expected, and now after upgrading my system yesterday, all notifications are shown on the left non-primary screen, which is distracting and unexpected.

Just noticed that KRunner is on the wrong screen as well now, which means that this issue is not purely related to the notifications.

My screen setup however is just like I've described and the primary screen not respected by the notifications and KRunner (verified via system settings and the JSON file(s) in ~/.local/share/kscreen/).
