SUMMARY
Hovering over abbreviated file names, should show complete file name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change width of file panel to abbreviate some file names ( e.g. will have ...)
2. Hover over the filename.
3. Should show complete file name.

OBSERVED RESULT
Does not show full filename.

EXPECTED RESULT
Would be highly convenient if it did.

Hovering a long file name in Icons View vs. Details View

I can replicate this specifically in the "Details" view mode.

In "Icons" mode, a long file name will be elided, and hovering over it will display a tooltip with the full name.
In "Details" mode, a long file name will be elided, but there is no tooltip on hover.
