Indeed, Okular does not know about rotation for text and for annotations. Stamp annotations have the same problem. I don’t know whether this is possible in PDF, your link doesn’t really make me smarter. This is not a bug. I think your expectation is that Rotating rotates the document, but it does not, it just rotates the view, so obviously the annotation you add is also rotated. You should actually use some tool to rotate your document if it's broken. Bonjour, Hello, je souhaite réaliser une rotation (ex. 180°) sur les textes insérés via “Insert Text” et ce n'est pas possible dans la version 25.04.2 et j'ai l'impression que ce n'est toujours pas possible dans les versions plus récentes. I confirm that this issue is still present in Okular 25.04.2. Inserted text annotations remain upright even when the page is rotated 180°, and there is currently no option to rotate the inserted text itself.
