SUMMARY

Hi!
On the left panel, under the 'search for' part of it there are four options: documents, images, audio, videos.

When I click on the last one i'm being presented with the thumbnails of video files that are indexed. apart from them, i'm also presented with the list of .m4a audio files, which should be in the 'audio' part.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the dolphin
2. click on the 'videos' part on the left
3. enjoy the audio and video files mixed together

OBSERVED RESULT

.m4a music files displayed in the videos folder.

EXPECTED RESULT
.m4a music files should not bee displayed in videos, but in audio filder.

Sample that works fine on 20.08.1

Tried on 20.08.1 with attached sample - works fine. Can you try it? If this one works for you - please, attach one of your files, so we can investigate further.

hi!

in the previous post i've attached one of the songs that is not displayed properly, the sample one works fine on my computer.

i've run file command on these songs and all of them seem to be of "ISO Media, MP4 v2 [ISO 14496-14]" type. most were created with foobar2000 application, I think with nero aac codec (but I'm not sure for 100% to be honest).

i hope it helps,
Simon

I've tested this with both files and cannot replicate it, can you please test and confirm if you are still experiencing this issue please?
