I don't have this icon. Doesn't it show up in the list of system tray icons where you can configure which items to show always/never/on demand? Created attachment 132457 [details]

I see "Virtual keyboard" icon in system tray of neon unstable installed on my laptop with touchscreen. "Disabled" option is not available in system tray settings.
