SUMMARY
[Wayland] Cannot take screenshot after a delay.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Wayland session
2. Press PrintScreen to run Spectacle
3. Switch between screenshot scopes (full screen, window, rectangular region)

OBSERVED RESULT
The delay input box is always grayed out. I cannot therefore take any screenshots of KWin bugs when I should be actively interfacing with the UI at the time when taking the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
All features should work as well as in X11.

This was fixed in git master, which corresponds to the next versions of Plasma (5.20) and Spectacle (20.12).
