When replying to a mailing list message, the mailing list address is added as Cc even if it is already part of the original recipients.
The consequence is to have to mailing list added 2 times.

Given a mailing-list address does not need to have a name, I would prefer removing the original one (which may have a name added by the original sender) and keep the one added by kmail in Cc.
