Comparsion Okular and Firefox PDF Reader

SUMMARY
When creating a PDF with Autodesk Eagle 9.6 the text in the pdf is not selectable as expected. See screenshot. Therefore it is also not possible to search for parts like "R2"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create pdf from Autodesk Eagle 9.6
2. Open in Okular
3. Try to search for a text

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to find "R2" in the pdf with Okular, but with Firefox it is possible

EXPECTED RESULT
It is possible to select "R2" and being able to find them when searching for it.

Imho, the title is incorrect. The text is recognized correctly in the sense of how you read it. It is enough to rotate the page into the readable position (90 degrees clockwise) with PDF Arranger and "R2" can be found with Okular.

On the other hand, Evince does not take into account the page layout and finds "R2" without the rotation.
