Just a UX nitpick, it says "Global menubar at the top of the screen" when it would work in a panel on the bottom of the screen as well.
It should probably just say "Global Menubar in your plasma panels" ...although I guess you can also have it on your desktop too.


Maybe just "Global menubar for applications" or something.
Not sure what it should be, and what do do about the translations....

yeah, you're probably right. 
Feel free to submit a patch, translations will fix itself afterwards.

What do you vote? "Global Menubar for your applications" or "Global Menubar in your Plasma Desktop?
