Erm, well, what is going on is that the filter in question is not multithreaded, so it will always use only one of your cores. It looks to be a convolution-like filter, but it would need a closer look. It's one of the older filters taking from a nineties thesis. It cannot be multithreaded because of the way it works, I'm afraid. |
