Created attachment 131249 [details]
Attachment contains image before and after rotation by 180 degrees

SUMMARY

When rotating a video by 180 degrees, on top and on left edge black lines appear that are 1 pixel wide. The same happens if an image is rotated (See Attachment)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load image (with exact dimensions as project)
2. Rotate that image by 180 degrees using Rotate (keyframable)
3. Extract frame, or render as image sequence to get rotated image

OBSERVED RESULT

On top and on left 1 pixel wide lines appear, and on bottom and right image is cropped by 1 pixel. The color of those lines that appear is the background color chosen in rotation (it is black when the background is transparent).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It seems that the center of rotation is a particular pixel, and not the center of image, which would be on the line between pixels.

I tried with the latest appimage (21.04.0), and the issue is still there. The problem is when the image is rotated by 180 degrees. In your attachment, that is the last frame of the video. You can render it as images sequence, so that you can see each frame individually.
