SUMMARY
The documentation needs to be updated to point to the new location of the GPG settings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The section "details.formats.encrypted.keysettings" in details-formats.docbook says that "On the encryption page of the settings dialog, ...." but that has been moved away from the settings dialog to the XML plugin configuration dialog.
