SUMMARY
Gajim does not show up in the notification send filter list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings of send notfications plugin
2. Let applications send notifications

OBSERVED RESULT
Some applications (Firefox, KMail, flameshot, Signal, ...) show up in the filter list, and notifications from them can be selectively disabled.
Gajim does not show up. Nevertheless, all gajim xmpp chat notifications are recognized forwarded to the phone, however there is alread an xmpp client that displays notifications as well, resulting in double notifications.

EXPECTED RESULT
All apps show up in the filter list. including gajim

Sorry, that this is happening to you. This is not a part of the code I've touched before. I looked through a bit but I couldn't see how our plugin determines the list of apps which can send notifications. I am going to assign it to the proper component and hopefully someone who knows how this part work will take a look.
