SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use FITS Viewer open a fits image whose path contains Chinese word, such as金星_Light_002.fits

OBSERVED RESULT
FITS Viewer throw error window: unable to open file 金星_Light_002.fits. Error could not open the named file

Cannot reproduce this issue, just tested with Chinese words in the file path and it works fine.
