SUMMARY
global menu does not update the menus correctly on using gtk apps
STEPS
1. open a qt app,eg dolphin and note the global menu contents
2. now open a non-qt app, say thunar or vs code, and observe the global menu contents
OBSERVED RESULT
the menu retains the items of the previous qt application till the non-qt application in minimized and restored again
EXPECTED RESULT
the global menu should update its contents immediately
