SUMMARY
Even after I turned on pen pressure sensitivity, it still does not work. I recently uninstalled all third-party programs to restart my laptop because it was not working. My past version, if I recall correctly, was 4.4.2. It worked perfectly and for some reason the newer versions don't have working pressure sensitivity on my Windows 10 laptop. I have no idea how to download the old version, either.

* this is absolutely a local problem, not a bug in Krita's code. 
* Make sure the driver is correctly installed, and check whether switching between Wintab and Windows 8 Poiner API makes a difference; restart krita after changing the setting
* When reporting issues with hardware, you really need to actually mention which hardware you are using exactly, and which driver you installed
* The krita.org download page has a link to the older version libraries, where you can download every version of Krita that was ever built for Windows.
