3. speed is missing
4. i tried right clicking and change speed but minimum speed is limited to 100% only

cant add slow mo to video

you just have to make some space for the selected clips to expand while slowing it down, then you can decrease the speed below 100%. and right click--> change speed is the option for changing speed. it is not a bug
