SUMMARY
Executable *.py files open instead of executing in the latest Dolphin version.
*.sh files still work as intended

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double-click on an executable .py file
2. Get dialog with options: Open, Execute, Cancel
3. Open and Execute do the same thing - open the file in editor

Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux lom 5.8.1-arch1-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Can confirm this behavior with Dolphin 20.11.70 on KDE Neon Unstable.
