SUMMARY

While other export plugins like dropbox allow to reduce the resolution ogf the picture, this is currently not possible for the export to file systems.

Enabele the same feature for filesystem/remote exports.

The local file export tool has the option of reducing the size of the images, just like web export tools. It is also possible to remove the metadata. Maybe you don't have the release candidate for digiKam-7.0.0?

Thanks.
I did not notice it was a beta (2 I think) , and there is a diff in the functionality.
Let's hope I get a new version soon (I opened a bug report to get the latest version from the distribution)
